Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity
The Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity was formed by concerned lawyers to answer the call for diversity. Our current challenge is to increase the recruitment, retention, and promotion of lawyers of color and other diverse individuals, not only as good social policy but also as good business practice.
The mission of the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity is to unite the resources, energy, and commitment of the State's leading law firms, corporations, public sector entities, law schools, and state bar associations in the joint mission of making Connecticut and Western Massachusetts a more attractive place for attorneys of color and other diverse individuals to practice law and find satisfying professional opportunities.
"When we're talking about diversity, it's not just a box to check. It is a reality that should be deeply felt and valued by all of us."
